Rigs on the Range / ROTR Website Updates

The main sections of the ROTR event have been published on the website.

I will still need to work out some details on the Participant registration as well as the camping and accommodations section, but the bulk of the work has been done and published.

As of this morning, the weather forecast is calling for bad weather again...

I will wait until the time gets a little closer before making decisions on anything as the forecast out here is constantly changing.

Due to the threat of severe weather, I made the tough choice to postpone this event by one week. The new date is October 25th, 2025. Same bat time, same bat channel, just a different date.

Here is the updated flyer with all of the information about the event including the new date.

This event will continue regardless of weather! If the forecast dosen't change and there are storms, then we will be hosting this event inside the hall.

I was asked how much it cost to attend.  There is nothing that states the movie is free and the food is for donations.

According to the most up-to-date weather reports, it looks like there is a high chance of a cold front moving though the area bringing with it some severe weather right at the same time as this event.

Options

1. Reschedule to the following weekend
2. Move the event into the hall
3. Cancel the event all together
